We are certified FedEx shippers. Live arrival is guaranteed only when your package is properly signed for. Weather conditions will be considered when shipping arrangements are made.

Air Freight Shipping:
Packages must be picked-up from the airline within 2 hours of arrival. You must fully inspect your order in the presence of an airline representative. If there are problems contact Eden Snakes immediately. You must also file a claim with the airline.

DOA:
If the animal is DOA (dead on arrival) it must be returned to Eden Snakes. We will replace the animal if notified within 24 hours of receipt. After 24 hours of the shipment’s arrival, we assume no further liabilities.

Health Guarantees:
All animals are guaranteed to be healthy and properly sexed unless otherwise agreed upon. If your order does not comply with the stated agreement contact Eden Snakes to arrange return.

Payment:
Payment is required in advance by check, money order, or PayPal. All animals must be paid in full before shipping.
Nebraska residents add 7.5% sales tax.

Deposits:
Any animal can be reserved with a 20% deposit for a period of 30 days. If payment is not received within 30 days the buyer will forfeit the deposit unless otherwise agreed upon. Deposits will be refunded if Eden Snakes is unable to fill your specific order.
